What portability means here

The intended agent record carries a stable identity, character, instructions and version history. Running elsewhere will require a compatible runtime and available models and tools. Export alone does not make every platform compatible.

Moving an agent must never automatically grant access to your private vault. Identity anchoring and independent lineage verification are planned; the DIDA contract is currently on Base testnet, not mainnet.
